Animation

Lets assume that our goal is to highlight some areas on the picture and provide comments to them one by one.

Here we have an empty Power Point presentation

Power point www.aredel.com

Lets insert an image. E.g. HeiHei.ru website logo.

Click Insert Pictures → Choose Picture

Power point www.aredel.com

Create a text box with some content and select some area on the image.

You can control the order of Animations from the Animation Pane.

Various types of animation are colorcoded and have icons. For example Appear is a green star with a cross on it's background and Dissapear is a same icon except the color which is red .

Quite often you want the second Group to appear immediately after the first Group is gone so no additional mouse click is required

Go to Animation Pane → Choose the second Group Appear Animation → Right Click → Start with Previous

PowerPoint Macros-Enabled Show

If you do not want to share the source file of your presentation, but only need to show the result.

In this case you can always save it not as a .pptx file but as a PowerPoint Macros-Enabled Show file with .ppsm extension

It will start as a normal presentation but will not have any editing options.
