Эта ошибка появляется если Вы нашли невалидный совет расположить tfoot перед tbody.

Я не знаю откуда ростут ноги - то ли это устаревшая информация, то ли неверный перевод, но решается всё просто - переносом tfoot туда куда нужно, а именно под tbody
