jmeter -n -t путь_до_скрипта -l путь_до_результата

Например:

jmeter -n -t C:\Soft\apache-jmeter-5.3\bin\examples\LoadTextPlan.jmx -l C:\Soft\apache-jmeter-5.3\bin\examples\LoadTestResult.csv

Errors

couldn't save test plan to file (Access is denied) jmeter

Эта ошибка может быть вызвана тем, что вы сохранили папку с JMeter, например, в Program Files. А JMeter может работать плохо если в названии пути есть пробел. Об этом написано на их официальном сайте.

Перенесите Jmeter в новую папку с названием без пробела. Не забудьте обновить системную переменную PATH
